Context

The Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) program, with a focus on Education and Leadership, is tailored to meet the needs of working professionals in the field. Recognizing the demanding and often unpredictable schedules of our students, we've designed a curriculum that accommodates their multifaceted lives. Our learners frequently juggle full-time nursing careers while balancing family responsibilities, social commitments, and community engagements.

To address these unique challenges, we've implemented an innovative microlearning approach in several key courses. This strategy breaks down complex information into concise, relevant topics, allowing students to engage with the material in shorter, more manageable sessions. This format proves particularly beneficial for those who may not have extended periods available for traditional study methods. By offering bite-sized, targeted learning experiences, we enable our students to make meaningful progress in their education, even during brief windows of availability throughout their demanding days.
